Retha saved us from despair over our house, which is beautiful and impeccably upgraded and maintained by us but not “waterfront property” in a boating town. Our previous realtor had shown the house for two years without a single offer. Retha sold the house for a good price in 2 1/2 months, starting in a Northeastern winter. She staged the house perfectly, advised us shrewdly, and negotiated strongly on her behalf. We could not have asked for more.
