I've never been a home owner/buyer before so this was my first time experience. I was recently looking for a home in Galena which I found on Zillow.com and it just happened that Retha was the agent. Retha was a great pleasure to work with! I was a first time home buyer and had no idea what I was doing. But she walked me through step by step and answered all the questions I had. She was willing to work around our schedules so we could view houses or sign paperwork. Retha has a super fast response time of within a few hours TOPS!!! I would highly recommend Retha to help you buy your next house because she will go above and beyond to help you find the perfect home at the perfect price!

I dare say that you cannot find a more dedicated realtor for miles around than Retha. She has committed her life to the business and doesn't even take time off from it when she's away from the area. She knows the local market and gives sound advice on both listing and purchasing a home. Can't think of anyone else I would recommend to someone looking to sell or buy.

This is probably the easiest recommendation that I have ever had the privilege to write. Retha Arrabal is, by far, the most professional, organized, friendly and knowledgable Realtor that I have ever met! Retha, Has been a tremendous resource to me in selling/buying personal real estate and in looking for real estate for my company. Her professionalism was an absolute asset in helping my ex-husband and I navigate the sale of our home. She knows the area very well and is well connected in the community. I have worked with many Realtor’s in the capacity of both a Real Estate Buyer and as a Loan Originator (one of my past ventures). Retha was by far the most positive, enthusiastic, down-to-earth and friendly Realtors I have done business with. Retha show’s a true compassion for what she is doing and like many in her industry; she is not setting at her desk waiting for the phone to ring. I would recommend Retha to anyone Buying/Selling a home.
