I give them a 2 out of 5. They were supposed to deliver materials between noon and 6pm for a roofing job. They showed up at 6:30am without any notification. The only reason they aren't getting a 1 is because the deliveryman was nice.
walked into Wimsatt today without a mask... three office employees 15' away all wearing masks on their CHIN! one stood up all wild eyed and ask me if I had a mask, I said no! he then touched a mask for me and said I need to wear it. I said I wasn't interested, he set the mask back in the box! and declined my business from inside the store. I left and spent $2k at Lowe's, polite service and very friendly staff that was happy to have my business. thanks LOWE'S.
I went to Wimsat Sterling Heights today on the recommendation of my builder to look at some shingles. I went in with my mask on and went to ask a gentlemen a question and he immediately told me to back off the counter. I guess I might have got too close but the treatment was so rude. I stepped back and asked to speak with someone who my builder recommended to speak with and she was busy on the computer. After 10-15 minutes I walked out the door.
