We ordered Paradigm windows from Wimsatt in Saginaw in July. What we received was not correct and the windows were I. Terrible shape. We received a replacement slider and it was not correct. Had to be reordered and the new slider still wasn’t correctly ordered. Finally by November we had still an incorrect slider installed and were promised a refund and have received nothing after multiple attempts. DO NOT utilize this company. Absolute terrible customer service and they have 100’s of dollars they owe us.

This company is so unprofessional! Never once did they explain what they were going to do or what you were signing for upon delivery of the materials. what you are really signing is the waver so when they break your driveway they are not going to pay to repair it, Nor did they even leave a copy of what you signed for! I WOULD NOT recommend this company for ANYTHING! Good luck even trying to get ahold of a higher up if you have any questions or concerns!
This place is horrible. They came to my brothers house. He paid 29k for a new roof. The load on their truck was too heavy so when they drive on his driveway they cracked the concrete completely. They told him it was on him. Be careful who you contract. #shadybusiness
