I can't say enough good things about Rhythm CDJR and, especially, my salesman Anthony V. My first interaction was about 6 months ago. I wanted a new RAM truck after selling my high mileage 2011 Laramie, which I truly loved. The staff went above and beyond in helping us get our new Ram! Our sales rep, Daniel, helped guide us by showing us many trucks and stayed after it until we found the right one for us! Their sales manager, Walt, was easy to work with, and there was no pressure to push us towards a vehicle, we were pleasantly surprised by the entire experience! it appears the work requested (warranty) was completed successfully. however the battery for the 'on/off' ignition switch is still not charging. apparently they did not check that problem. the facility was clean and staffed w/helpful folks.

If you are looking for someone to take great care of you please go see Richie!!! From the minute we walked in to driving away Richie was there! We bought a 2022 Jeep Cherokee!!! We absolutely love it!! This is our second SUV from Rhythm!! My co worker and his wife have bought 5 Jeeps form here also!!! Again if I could give them 10 stars I absolutely would!!!!

Professional and courteous. Fast oil change and rotation. Would give 5 stars, but when I am told that a dealer recommends an alignment every 15,000 miles, it takes it down to 4 stars. Quit trying to sell unnecessary services, expecting people to not know what they’re doing at a dealership. If a vehicle is aligned, it’s aligned.
Very friendly and professional staff and great service. Highly recommend.
