I had an oil change and I had a nice experience. Everyone was friendly and the oil change went fairly quickly. I was asked when I was being checked in if my tires needed rotating and I said I didn’t know, and he said he would check, and if they needed it they would rotate them, I said OK. So to be honest, I was surprised when he checked me out and was told me the tires didn’t need to be rotated. I went in for a oil change and to have my tires balanced and rotated. Everyone very welcoming and nice. While waiting I was able to wait in their nice lounge, watch TV and hot tea was available along with other beverages. They were able to work with my schedule on getting me in early and getting me out quit.
