RecommendedI requested info on a vehicle Friday evening. Zack responded and we texted a bit. A few minutes later, I received an email with a video attached. Zack introduced himself, the dealership, then did a complete walk-around, inside and out of the car. RecommendedStarting out I did not have high hopes. But Zach W. Proved me wrong. Everything that I asked for he went above and beyond and I appreciated that more than anything. He didn't have to do anything besides the bare minimum but like I said he went above and beyond. I wasn't rushed through the whole purchasing a car thing and he was not pushy about it either.
