Really easy car buying experience. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend coming to this dealership.
I was happy with the warranty work that was done on my vehicle. They got me in and out fairly quickly. However, while the techs worked on my vehicle, a storm blew in. Since my vehicle was left open with the windows down, it was covered with dust and debris all over the inside. I felt that they should have cleaned my vehicle up before returning it to me.
Riata Ford has always treated me fairly, in both sales and service. I couldn't ask for anything more from an auto dealership, and that's why I keep coming back.
Edgar Cruz Did an extraordinary job helping my wife and I find a new vehicle, for our family. He went above and beyond. He even help me install my kids car seats when my hands were occupied. I highly recommend him and the Riata dealership personnel.
