I think it's always a pretty stressful experience when purchasing a new vehicle because you never know if something will go wrong. This dealership excellent service. The technicians are very knowledgeable about my vehicle.I have no complaints.
The dealership was fine with the standard service issues. However, there was a speciality service I requested & they were unable to perform. They claimed it was an issue unique with the Hybrid F-150. All that being said, you would think Ford corporate could assist them with the unique technical/electrical issue. The dealer indicated Ford corporate has no such dealer assistance network (which is ignorant of Ford if actually the case). I tried to directly contact Ford myself, to no avail.
