Although staff and general manager are very friendly, there's a complete lack of commitment to what Riata promises. Multiple dates / appointments missed, no call / text to explain what happened. You need to constantly follow up to understand why things didn't happen as promised. It's great to have knowledgeable and friendly staff but that is offset by the same friendly staff not doing WHAT they said they would WHEN they said they would. Thank you for making this purchase so easy! We were contacted as soon as the truck was delivered, completed financing online before going to the dealership and once there, everyone was very helpful. Completed signing docs with Tony, who worked with us to get us the best rate and Josh took great care of us, even adding a bow to the vehicle as it was a birthday gift. The service was good. But, getting to the place was a little difficult. Cars were parted were you morally drop off your vehicle. Service people were driving down service roads the wrong way. This gave the overall experience a headache.
