The purchase of the vehicle went fine. Edgar Cruz took car of me. Car was as promised. Detailed and ready to go when I got there. Test drive went great. Decided to purchase the car. Finance was a little slow but not too labor some. I used outside financing. I never felt pressured to purchase extended warranties, their finance etc. The service after the sale is where things went south. In the negotiated price was a LoJack system.
