The technicians showed up on time, were understanding when I told them we had to reschedule. They were accommodating to our schedule and came out the next day to service the vechicle.

Scheduled a recall service online several days before my appt. Showed up for appt and they did not have the part in stock. Someone should have called to explain this before I showed up for the appt. Service advisor said they could go ahead and order the part and they would go ahead and do the system reset then install the part later. As it turns out another recall customer did not show up so they were able to use that part for my vehicle after all.
