The purchase of the vehicle went fine. Edgar Cruz took car of me. Car was as promised. Detailed and ready to go when I got there. Test drive went great. Decided to purchase the car. Finance was a little slow but not too labor some. I used outside financing. I never felt pressured to purchase extended warranties, their finance etc. The service after the sale is where things went south. In the negotiated price was a LoJack system. Although staff and general manager are very friendly, there's a complete lack of commitment to what Riata promises. Multiple dates / appointments missed, no call / text to explain what happened. You need to constantly follow up to understand why things didn't happen as promised. It's great to have knowledgeable and friendly staff but that is offset by the same friendly staff not doing WHAT they said they would WHEN they said they would.
