We are very pleased with our recent service experience which was an engine control module software "tweak" performed by a mobile technician who came to our house to close an open recall notice. I cannot recall the mobile technician's name, but he arrived on time and quickly resolved the issue. 5 starts to all involved and to the dealership overall.
This Manor Leif Johnson Ford Dealership Customer Service experience is most likely the BEST "Vehicle Service" I've ever encountered and I've owned F-350 Super Duty trucks since 1994. Very pleasant service experience! Appreciated the convenience of pickup and delivery by Patrick, who was prompt, friendly and careful of our Ranger. Service advisor Jerrod communicated regularly (big improvement over the dealership who works on our Volt). The video allowing us to "be in the service bay" with the technician was a great addition to!
