I was having an issue with the battery and needed to have it replaced so I dropped off my vehicle. After leaving the dealership I realized I needed to have the air checked in all of the tires, so I called the Service Department, and they accommodated my request. I've been coming to Riata for over 15 years, and the staff is always friendly and attentive to my needs, I highly recommend them.
Still waiting on final paperwork so I can go to Secretary of State.Otherwise all was great.
It was a much better experience than the last car I purchased in Austin...I had dreaded doing it but it turned out okay.

The service managers are always very friendly and keep you up to date on the progress of your vehicle. I also really appreciate the video walk around from the tech covering any issues that need to be resolved.
Straightforward nice guy showed us around looking at vehicles so it was good he explained the rebates on the truck and everything so we got a good deal
Great job they are always trying to make me happy and when ever I call them with a problem they usually take care of it
The service representative was courtsey and professional throughout the appointment. He always kept me informed of the status of my truck.
