Riata Ford has been amazing to me and my family, from the ordering process to taking delivery and even into the maintenance of my 2021 Ford Bronco. As most people who are car shopping know, a lot of dealers are adding markups on new vehicles right now based on the market, but I bought my Bronco for MSRP, with no dealer markup. I plan to trade my current Bronco in for a new once in 2024 and will always come back to Riata!
Very helpful with my repair and trying to obtain parts for the most recent recall. Although no parts are available I was put on a call list for once they arrive.

We are pleased with Riata's service department. We have 3 ford vehicles at the moment and have been a loyal customer for many years. However, my 2015 Ford Expedition EL with less than 30,000 miles on it had to have the struts replaced which in my opinion should have been a recall by Ford. After researching, the same thing has happened to many customers. So I'm not pleased about that.
