Service was performed professionally and quickly. Waiting room was comfortable and I was notified of services performed. Staff was polite.

JD is the man! I called in that the check engine icon came on. He said it could be a number of things and I should bring it in to be diagnosed. JD also warned me that due to the upcoming holidays, the diagnosis may take a few days and that my truck might have to be in the shop over the long weekend. I brought my truck in early Thursday morning and asked if it was diagnosed by Saturday and the truck was drivable, I would like to pick it up and return it when the parts came in. Love the service. Heidi was awesome and will continue to go back. Others at the dealership were friendly and informative.
Everyone was very nice. But we had to play the game where we were about to walk out the door before "the closer" had to step in and save the day.
