ABOUT OUR CHEF Chef Brian Appiano was born and raised in the Bay Area, but never left the Central Coast after graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He started his creative cooking while feeding the brothers of Phi Kappa Psi while in college and used those skills to capture the love of his life, Krystal. Went with my date to dinner for my birthday on Thursday. We were the last customers there. They were very polite with us even after we requested the tv changed to a college football game. He had ribs and I had tri tip. Very delicious. Bacon wrapped jalapeños were amazing and hot! First time I actually had my date ask for a to go box. We will definitely be back.
Was in Pismo for TROG...found Rib Line walking around looking for a good place to eat lunch. Food was excellent, restaurant was packed.
We had a feast this past weekend... If you are in AG or GB, you need to stop by (with an empty stomach) and get some of the best BBQ in the central coast!!!
Every part of my first experience here was comfortably nice! Tri-Tip, Chili, beans, cornbread... Well everything on my plate was too die for!!! Can't forget the BabyBack ribs...���
Wish it wasn't 2500 miles away. I would be there all the time. Stopped in there during a road trip down the coast. It was awesome.
We've been there twice and both times it was awesome! We will be going there more.
