Richard is great to work with. He is always professional, caring, thorough and upbeat. He makes sure to explain all of the many details involved in the mortgage process. He is very clear and concise and makes himself available to answer any questions, no matter whether you think they are minor or not. He responds to your calls, emails in a very timely manner. We highly recommend working with Richard and if need be, he will be the first one we would call in the future.

The only lender I spoke to who took the time to listen and consider my entire situation with the loan process and even helped me find better pricing on homeowners insurance! Made me feel like I was his priority. I have already recommended him to my friends and family. Just can't say enough about this guy. Wonderful experience.

He was amazing! He helped me through every step. I was in the process of refinancing my home with a different lender and they were very deceptive. If it wasn't for him I would have paid over 6k of fees.
