Rich was extremely helpful answering all of our questions, no matter how small. We were unsure on which route we were going to go in the beginning, and he was very good about explaining all of our options and providing us with approximate monthly payments to help compare different situations. He never made us feel like we were a bother to him and answered his phone calls or texts very promptly. The whole process was quick and painless.
