Richard was amazing. I was a basket case, new nothing & had a ton of questions. Richard was calm and answered all of my questions ok ns. He is very prompt in returning calls, emails & texts. He never made me feel dumb even when my questions were. I would highly recommend Richard Bellows.

Richard was helpful from start to finish with discussing which loan type best fit our needs and determining the cost of a house would fit with our monthly budget. He answered all of our questions throughout and was always willing to dig deeper if we needed. All of the costs were laid out up front so there were no surprises to what closing would look like, and even when an amount was slightly increased he had prepared us beforehand that some changes could happen and gave the reasoning so nothing was unexpected. He would routinely follow up with me to ensure I was informed, or just to check in and see what my thoughts are. He made the entire process comfortable and straight forward. I was in a difficult situation with a small business that suffered last year during covid. Because we had only self employment we had insufficient proof of income.
