My fiance and I were first time home-buyers and knew very little about the whole process. The whole home buying experience was detailed out for us, Richard got us in contact with both a realtor and the title company. He was quick with responses to our never ending questions even thru a holiday weekend. Richard gave us the feeling that he really cares about the home buyer, he worked well with us and for us. Yes, we would highly recommend him.

From the start of the process Richard made me feel like I was a priority. I didn’t know much about rates and equity but Richard made sure to educate me along the way. When I originally purchased my home I used a local lender and felt like I was just another number.
