The process was lengthy if you ask me, It took three months for my refinance to go through. I promptly returned emails and all paperwork within one or two days and sometimes the same day. The people I delt with were wonderful, very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes though they were difficult to get a hold of or they wouldn't return calls.

Due to my zero credit score, without Richard Butterfield and Churchill Mortgage, I probably wouldn’t have been approved for a mortgage loan, and, therefore, wouldn’t have been able to buy a house when I did.
