Liz Truitt was very helpful and attentive to my needs and helped me to better understand each loan document that I had and why it was important. I was working with Loan depot, Quicken/Rocket Mortgage. However they were not able to get us where we wanted to be on interest or payments. I was given Richard Greene and Liz Truit's name and phone number. They were able to get us exactly where we wanted to be. The customer service they provided was unmatched by these other companies.
