Richard, Rachel, and their team went ABOVE and BEYOND anything we could have ever dreamed of. They made sure we had the best rate possible and treated us like royalty answering our late night calls, e-mails and laundry lists of questions. As first time homebuyers we had no idea what to expect on the financial side of buying a house. He was able to explain things in a way that we were able to understand and follow along. He made sure that at every step we knew what was going on and reached out to us to set up an appointment to go over all of the documents. He is very easy to get along with and it feels like you have known him forever! If we ever have to buy another home we will definitely use Richard again!
