We were having trouble finding someone that would approve us for a loan due to an issue with our job situation. Richard moved forward with no issues for our loan and was very efficient. Whenever we had questions, he was very willing to take time and answer all the questions we had. He also waited to lock in our interest rate so that we ended up getting a great rate. The whole process was smooth and easy! We would highly recommend Richard at Fairway!

Richard took what could have been a potentially unpleasant experience and turned it around in a very short time. He answered random questions at odd hours and even handled my breakdowns along the way like a champ. He took the time to explain things to me in detail since I was first time home buyer and worked with my Realtor around my work schedule. After closing he was still available to answer any one off questions I had.
