Interest rate and closing cost were great, but the communication between client and company was not too good. And the communication between the company employees with each other about documents and numbers was not too good. Maybe better communication among the company staff.

The initial interest rate quoted of 3.5% and a max of 4.0% was off by a sizable margin from what the final interest rate at closing... we feel it was close to a bait and switch... honesty at the beginning would have been appreciated...

We were told our loan was clear for closing when home insurance, 2018 tax records, and house survey were missing. We had to get them last minute. There was too much miscomunication between loan officer, Richard, and his staff about missing items. We are hoping with this feedback staff becomes more proactive and contact borrowers ASAP when items are missing or are concerns about getting survey ob time.

Tell me bad news before it is sent to me to sign ...Give me more than 3 business hours to find and return several complex paperwork requests...give me several days notice of approximate closing costs...let me see the property after the survey when the boundaries are changed
