Richard is on top of daily market movement and knows how to help clients lock in at a decent rate without sounding like there is a crisis. He is calm and informative and takes time to explain why a client shoul lock in or wait. He helped me with understanding my options to get my best deal at the tume

Everybody involved- from Darla to Tiffany and especially Richard... His knowledge of things gave us some understand and what to expect... And that everybody really worked diligently to get us in this home... To everyone involved even those not mentioned THANKS FOR MAKING THIS WITH NO STRESS...
