I had used Rich Longmire when I originally purchased my house in 2009. I was young and he was so kind and helped me understand everything. This was with a different company called Capital Mortgage. Its been 10 years and I decided to refinance and had looked up Rich's name and found him with Finance of America Mortgage and he took me in and with him and Amy Faulkner we managed to have a great refi and they quickly helped with all the snafu's that seemed to pop up left and right. I am very happy.
