Rich gave me hi personal cell phone and even answered me when he was on vacation! He also wasnt like those other people who keep hounding you on the phone to make a decision NOW or you wont get this "good deal". He gave me my space to decide and it took me like 2 weeks to say yes and he was so patient. He knew I was shopping it but still gave my my space and i truly appreciate that.
