I trust Rich since this is the 2nd loan I've done with him and he does what he says he's going to do. He's extremely responsive, friendly and knows what it takes to transact without any extra hassle. I like that he put a longer rate lock on so I didn't worry about closing on time and missing the window with rates moving much higher over the course of the process.
