0 Star : My Experience It took 4 months to get the parts. It took twice the amount of time to do the repairs. Then they fixed the wrong side door. Told me not to do the survey until Doug got back to me and that’s been 2 weeks ago. The also stole two headsets for the entertainment center and $30 worth of change out of the change holder that I forgot to empty before I left it. Blake kept me informed while the insurance companies worked out details. Once the work on my Toyota truck began the time frame was about right for completion.
