Blake KEPT me informed EVRYTIME my vehicle was touched and got was things moving while insurance dragged on their end. I wrkd in conjunction with body shop with info they might have received but amongst ALL THAT they continued to get job done! When there was confusion about payment when I picked up the car, Chris followed up and made sure everything was settled correctly.
