Richie Ballance Flooring & Tile is just completing Phase Three of my kitchen remodel. I could not be happier with the finished product!! Richie and his team are a pleasure to work with and their expertise is outstanding. Many thanks to Richie, Phyllis, Bobby and the entire team. In addition they have excellent partners (Simpson Plumbing, Southern Stone, Effird Electric, and Chester & Greg Vanderpool ). I also felt very comfortable with everyone working in my home.
Justin Ballance did a bathroom upgrade for me two years ago and it was awesome!
I highly recommend Richie Ballance Flooring and Tile!!

I can’t say enough good things about Richie Ballance Flooring! The selections of hardwoods and carpets were phenomenal. Richie, Phyllis and Rene’ were so helpful and made the whole experience a lot less stressful than what I had imagined. (I did my entire house!). The installers were courteous and very professional. I can’t wait to do the bathrooms! Richie Ballance Flooring is definitely the place to go for all your flooring.

Ritchie Ballance Flooring did an excellent job installing 2 of our bathroom floors. They have installed other floors in our home in the past years. We always go back to them because they stand behind their work and are very professional.

We have worked with Richie, Phyllis, and Justin for almost 20 years. We have had them replace flooring, remodel bathrooms, replace countertops, refinish hardwood flooring, etc. I don't think there is anything that we have asked them to do that they couldn't or wouldn't do. They are the best bunch of people you could ever work with when needing to update your home. My husband and I trust them to get the job done and to do it right! They are the very best!!
