Ritchie,Phyllis and Renee are the most knowledgeable, kind and patient people I have ever dealt with. Renee was very helpful with picking out the flooring that worked the best for us. We spent quite sometime figuring this project out! We also got new carpet for the master bedroom. The installers were awesome and did a great job. I was very glad we picked Ritchie Ballance Flooring because they made this a very smooth and unstressful project!
