5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality Richmond Auto Body were fantastic. They kept me informed, finished when they said the would finish, did beautiful autobody repairs and were a pleasure to deal with. Also, the shop is immaculate and the ladies, Donna and Jojo, who assist you, were delightful. The entire staff was a real pleasure and having the car hit is not a pleasant experience, however Richmond made it very pleasant. 5 Star : Customer Service
