When the car was towed to a mechanic, it was evident that Richmond had not completed due diligence and there ended up being more issues with the car that were not captured. 4.5 Star : Repair Quality For the quality of the body work only. 5 Star : Customer Service Jojo was super helpful and always got back to me.
