0 Star : My Experience I had to bring it back the day after I picked it up for buff and swirl marks on the fixed area. They took it right back to repair it and gave me a rental on them. Haven't gotten it back yet there still working on it. This auto body is by far one of the best I've ever used and god knows I've used a lot of them. That's why I was pretty surprised when I got the finished product. I'm sure they will rectify the problem.

0 Star : My Experience When they gave me The car, the brakes where making a sound that it hadnt when I brought it I in, and the guy just said sorry I can't do anything that it wasn't related to the accident and don't even gave me a solution or option about it, and then he walked way, later another guy came and told me to call on Monday and ask for the insurance inspector and explain to him to see if he can do something and escalating the case to geico, so no good experience at all for me. 1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2 Sta... read more
0 Star : My Experience I thought the people that work at Richmond were friendly and helpful through the process. These were my issues.....the texting updates were not even close to my pick up date (I was contacted 8 days early and had to cancel a meeting to pick it up. So the texting which is a great idea needs to be accurate. When I got home I examined my car more closely on the"inside" only to find paint dust everywhere......seats, dashboards, carpet. The inside was a mess.
