After getting an estimate, the adjuster gave me a date to drop off the car, and then we received a call that this was not good and a new drop off was scheduled a week later. When I finally drop off the car, I was told that it would be ready in 3-4 days. When I called to pick up the car I was told it would be ready the next day! That goes for the efficiency and pleasantness of the staff, the work that was done impeccably, the cleanliness of the car upon return, and the businesslike office and comfortable chairs for customers in the waiting area.
