Headlight problem resolved. 5 Star : Customer Service Initially told that repairs would only take a few days only to find out it was 3 weeks. However this was not the fault of Richmond as parts were still difficult to get in a timely fashion due to Covid issues. Whenever I called the staff was professional,friendly and helpful.
