Carpet One Flooring in Leduc provided helpful assistance while we were selecting a product for our new floors, offered time to view samples in our home with our furniture, and scheduled the installation to meet the requirements of our busy lives. We had some problems with installation of our floors, and alot of back and forth arguing about how the trim was done. I would recommend, but also ASK ALOT OF QUESTIONS prior to. I didn't know what I didn't know and they assumed I knew about things like "quarter rounds" etc. Also the quality of the carpet they laid is sub-par and I was assured, despite my limited budget that it would be long lasting.
The team at Carpet One was so accommodating of my needs...in a way that no big box could be. In preparing to put my house on the market, I realized my son's bedroom carpet was so stained (even after professional cleaning) that it had to be replaced. And my house was going on the market in just two weeks. Matt, the sales manager, allowed me to take an entire sample book home to closely match the adjacent hallway carpet and agreed to have the installation team fix a few flooring creaks in my bedroom. We had Carpet One in to do our bathroom and our upstairs hallway along with the stairs. This was in February of 2016. They only used one seam to install the carpet in the hallway. You would not even know where it is. I had a hard time finding it at first myself. The carpet has continued to stay beautiful just like the day of install. They also installed linoleum with a wood like appearance on the bathroom floor. I can't say enough good for Carpet One in Spokane Valley, Wa. I was not the easiest customer. It took me a long time to decide on carpeting for my entire home - and Cel Demers was gracious and patient through-out the whole process. Tiffany, the Office Manager and Tim, the owner, even cut the me the best deal they could manage. Jason and Aaron were delightful to have as my installers and did a great job. It was very hard work.
