I was in the process of making my first home purchase. Richard and his team were wonderful. They answered all my questions and really took the time to explain the entire process to me. I really appreciated their patience and flexibility. They also worked with my Realtor to make sure that I was getting the best deal on my closing. I would have been lost if it hadn't been for them. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I have worked with Rick on two different occasions to deal with my home mortgage needs.He and his team are outstanding! Rick and his team are excellent. They are very proactive and helpful, leading inexperienced and experienced buyer alike equally well. They truly care about your business and respond to inquiries very quickly. I've done business with them since 2003, for several mortgages and refinances and have always been very satisfied.

I had never been 'involved' in a closing before. I left it to my ex-husband to understand all of the legal terminology. They understood that I had a lot of questions, and they were patient with me and explained everything in terms I could understand. I felt like they really cared about my well being. By the time the papers were signed, I felt as if they were friends. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I was referred to the Elmdorf by a friend. It was the best professional reference ever! I was on a tight timeline, needed to close fast, condition a VA loan into the mix, and lock in a good rate. EXCEEDED my expectations. It was like they slept with their email actively reviewed 24/7! Presents options to me in a clear, concise manner, made data and documents exchange easy, and would highly recommend to anyone (in fact I have) seeking home ownership.....first time or experienced.

I have worked with Rick and his team on several occasions. I know I can call on him at any time to provide me whatever information I need, even if it is just asking about various financing scenarios. He and his group have been so helpful over the years, i wouldn't think of choosing anyone else.
