The team was very reponsive in answering questions and taking my information. The fact that I could scan my documents and send them in was perfect for me. I had one person that I worked with but if that person was out, there was always someone else answering the phone and answering my questions. The whole team seemed seemless to me and when you are working through buying a house that is what people are looking for.
Rick Elmendorf and his team did a great job coordinating our home loan. We used a VA loan, which can be tedious with VA appraisals, and they assembled all the paperwork very quickly and we closed on our house in record time!
