I am the lucky one who can have Rick Lalka do my loan. Last year I was trying to buy a condominium but couldn't get through the loan process. This time after I signed the contract, my agent introduced Rick to me to do my loan. Believe it or not I had the same issue as last time during the loan processing, BUT Rick didn't give up... and I got the loan approved, closing it on time.
