Organization is on point with this group. In the past when buying a home from other mortgage companies I would have to re submit the documents over and over. I work in a hospital in the ICU and I don't have the extra time to stop what I'm doing during the day and re submit paperwork. Just this aspect of organization on Rick's team was a big relief for me.
