They are prompt and courteous in their client services, as well as knowledgeable in walking you through the various and multiple aspects of mortgage products. I had contacted Rick months ago and told him I was probably going with another carrier he offered to look at their offer and make sure it was a good one even if he did not get our business. That offer went astray and I finalized with MW and we are more then happy with the results and timely responses to any of our questions.
