Rick was extremely helpful over the phone and via emails with the long distance loan process. I am not technically illiterate but internet loan application and processing was a new education for me. Rick was patient and answered all my questions promptly helping us get our mortgage loan refinanced at a good interest rate. I would highly recommend calling or emailing, either method because he will reply promptly, Rick for any loan.
Rick and his team are an outstanding resource that makes themselves available throughout the home buying process. They are prompt and courteous in their client services, as well as knowledgeable in walking you through the various and multiple aspects of mortgage products. I would not hesitate to work with Rick and his team again.
I had contacted Rick months ago and told him I was probably going with another carrier he offered to look at their offer and make sure it was a good one even if he did not get our business. That offer went astray and I finalized with MW and we are more then happy with the results and timely responses to any of our questions.
