Overall experience was great, everyone was communicative and worked hard to get us what we wanted in terms of a loan. We did have issues with the appraisal not being followed up on and this caused us a great deal of issues and delayed our closing by 2 weeks. I think that when ordering the appraisal it should have been followed up on way prior than the weeks of closing. We were getting no communication then and there was not much resolution.
