Feel kind of rushed toward the end of closing. Did not modify the final number for the down payment + closing cost. KB needs to schedule events and provide a proper timeframe for the client.

The entire process of applying and receiving the loan up until closing (despite multiple construction delays) was very smooth. Everything flowed and progressed without any problems. We had good and timely communication from everyone involved with the loan. I would use them again if I had to do it all over again. Thanks for getting us through to our successful closing!
