We come here for all of our urgent care needs. Check in is pretty quick. We weren't waiting for very long at all. Maybe 10 minutes. The doctors are very kind and thoughtful of the patients. My kids love it too. There are lots of toys for them to play with and a chalkboard to draw on. I highly recommend them.
I absolutely give the Drs here 5 stars. And also the medical assistants have always been great with my kids. however , the staff at the front i wouldn't give ANY stars. They are ALWAYS rude and when we walk in they look like You've Interrupted their whole day. The last several weeks you cannot get in to their quick care due to no Drs on call and they just stare at you like you should already know this some how. What an amazing little clinic. When you miss that small town service, you will find it here! Needing to see a doctor in the middle of an ice storm is no easy task. Dr. Milestein went above and beyond to help me with my situation by meeting me outside the clinic, diagnosis test, and treatment all in hand. This is the kind of service you will get at Ridgeway Health. I am feeling much better today, THANK YOU!!!
Walked in, was checked in & in the room within 15 minutes of arrival. Loved Todd he was so nice & engaging. One office staff knocked to make sure I had not been waiting long & then the Dr came in. She listened, really listened. I really really like this clinic.
Had an appointment at 10 it is currently 11 and have not even been called back! Then see below they just give the number of the front desk instead of being able to get ahold of the owner directly. Also the Dr tried to push his religion on me ! Extremely inappropriate. He made me shake his hand even though I can't stand touching other people due to PTSD he was overall unprofessional and unpleasant to be around.
