Friendly and personable thru the whole process. From the receptionist to the nurse and Dr Hindmarsh who took his time and treated me like a long standing patient of his. Samaritan health could learn a lot from Ridgeway's business model.

Low stress check in. Personal service. Doctor Kris took his time, asked questions, and answered all mine. Other medical facilities offer good care but it’s like you are dealing with a machine. Ridgeway is like dealing with a local community business.

Dr. Liz is awesome. (As well as the front desk and medical assistants) I have took my toddlers hear multiple times and have never had an issue. We have gone 3 times since it's opened (without an appointment) and have been in and out in less than an hour. The place is clean and they cut right to the chase in figuring out what the problem is and then she sends you on the way with everything you need to get better. 10/10 recommend. They also have snacks for the littles and coffee and water bottles for the parents.

The entire staff from the receptionist to the medical assistance and to the doctor himself were the best and most professional I've ever been around there was easily the best experience I've ever had at a medical clinic
