I went in just to check on a sore on the back of my head not prepared for the 20 questions game because I wasn't feeling well in the first place... Still nauseous and had a migraine headache coming on... However I did receive the help that was needed.

Thankfully someone finally listened to my issues and was able help ease the pain! I will definitely be back after getting the information necessary to help my situation. I'm not a fan of doctors or medical offices, but the providers and staff were very friendly. The only downfall was the wait time. I had a 2:30pm appointment and wasn't called back until almost 3:15pm. There was only one other person in the lobby, so that was a little frustrating.

Everyone from the provider to the front and back office staff were knowledgable, friendly and efficient. Should my family or I need urgent care again, Ridgeway will be our choice. Thank you to everyone for great care!

Very thorough in all questions and concerns that we had asked. Spent atleast an hour explaining literature on specific diagnosis. Kind and Sympathetic. Clean environment and welcoming. Front Desk was also very helpful!!
